Manufacturing Overview

We use an innovative approach that combines three elements to manufacture TYCOR^® core products that consistently provide superior value and performance. They are:

• High quality, low cost materials like glass fibers and low density foam
• Proprietary manufacturing processes
• Cost efficient, high capacity equipment

WebCore has invested substantial time and capital to develop and bring today’s TYCOR product offering to a level of maturity we believe is unmatched in the core marketplace and composite industry. Our goal is to achieve optimum economic efficiencies and maximize value to our customers. We design and manufacture our TYCOR products based on a few-to-many raw materials design and inventory principle. This gives us the ability to deliver a large range of products while using a relatively small number of raw materials. Our manufacturing processes are robust in capacity yet flexible in capability. This enables our responsiveness to deliver high volume standard products as well as engineered-to-order custom products.

In addition to our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, we provide reliable delivery and customer support. Our manufacturing facilities supply high quality products by using safe, cost-efficient and reliable production methods under ISO 9001 standards. Our operations team, skilled in procurement, planning, shipping and logistics, enables our customers to receive TYCOR products on a just-in-time basis to support lean inventory requirements and reduce operational costs. As a result, WebCore is able to consistently meet customers’ on time requirements!

Headquartered in Ohio, U.S., WebCore is expanding to establish manufacturing and distribution in China and Europe. These operations will include engineering, testing and technical support. WebCore’s primary markets are wind energy and transportation. TYCOR is also used in infrastructure, industrial, defense and aerospace applications.
