A Track Record for Stability, Reliability and Innovation
WebCore Technologies LLC was established in 1991 as an application research, engineering and development company. The company invented TYCOR®, a fiber reinforced composite core, delivering specially designed composite-based solutions for specific customers’ needs in the transportation, infrastructure and defense industries. WebCore has accumulated significant expertise in the design, development and production of fiber reinforced core and composite sandwich structures. In 2006, the company’s success allowed WebCore to transition from its primary focus of applications development to that of commercial production. Now a high capacity manufacturer of TYCOR for North America, WebCore is establishing regional manufacturing and distribution for international customers in Asia and Europe.

| 1992 – 1995 | The company participated in early development activities, prototype equipment and core production processes, structural testing and performance validation. |
| 1995 – 2009 | Awarded R&D contracts and grants exceeding $20 million dollars |
| 1999 – 2005 | WebCore established operations in the National Composite Center (NCC) in Kettering, Ohio where the company incubated and leveraged NCC resources to mature its proprietary composite core technology and pilot production facility. |
| 2005 | WebCore relocated to its current headquarters and expanded production facility in Miamisburg, Ohio |
| 2008 | Received GL approval for use in specific wind turbine blade design, began history as qualified supplier to wind turbine blade market |
| 2009 | Gained ISO 9001 certification |
| 2010 | WebCore establishing regional manufacturing and distribution for international customers in Shanghai, China and Europe |
